By the moment you get your reservation, the procedure of your entry permission according to availability space. Once your personal data is confirmed, these cannot be changed. The only thing permitted is to update your passport number. The permission includes Machupicchu entry.
The night before your trip the guide will meet you to give you some instructions regarding your adventure. You will receive a duffel bag in order to pack your belongings, then you hand it out to the carrier team . This bag should not exceed 7 kg.
All transportation is included on this trip. You will be picked up from your hotel to start the trip. The return train from Aguas Calientes is included, in the Vista Dome class. Once you get to the train station, you will come back to your hotel in Cusco. Your Machu Picchu bus ticket to Aguas Calientes is included as well.
One of the The Peru Travel desires is our clients to feel comfortable while they are using our camping team, and you will since our camping team is wide and comfortable. We have a special tent where our clients will have their meals as well.
The Peru Travel chefs specialize in well-known Peru’s cuisine. They use only natural products, in case you have some restrictions with some meals, you must indicate the moment you make your booking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day during the trip, along with tea and snacks. The first breakfast and the last day’s lunch are not included.
Since your first lunch until your last breakfast, the peru Travel will provide you all water you need. Water will be boiled, filtred and then chilled before its distribution. You have to give us your own water bottles. It’s recommended to take a canteen and avoid the use of plastic bottles.
Every The Peru Travel guide has been trained in first aid by the Red Cross. Your guide will always have a first aid kit for basic medical issues and oxygen. In case of extreme urgency, the company will be in charge of your transfer, immediate evacuation and coordination of your insurance in order for you to be treated as soon as possible.
We believe that paying attention to little details makes the difference between other companies. Each hiker receives a small pillow and trekking cane; these items will help you to improve your experience.

Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain.
Huayna Picchu is a mountain located around Machupicchu. Since its paths are quite steep, we recommend that you stay in Machupicchu and enjoy it. You will be there in a time where there are not many visitors, so you will be able to explore it in your own way.

OLLANTAYTAMBO – INKA TRAIL
On this day, explore the ancient Inca city, Ollantaytambo, from a very particular sightseeing. The adventure starts at Piscacucho (82km), where our cook and carrier team will be waiting for you, they will be extremely helpful during the Inca Trail to Machupicchu. You will be able to walk the path with any crowd ahead of you, then you will be getting to Patallaqta archeological center (2778m). Our team will be in charge of everything, your dinner will be ready on time and your belongings will be in good hands. The only thing you have to do is enjoy the tour and carry a bag.
PATALLAQTA – LLULLUCHA PAMPA
After having a refreshing breakfast, explore Cusichaca and Huayllabamba Valley. Discover an exuberant blurry forest before arriving at Lluluchapampa (3680m). Explore this beautiful area by watching the stunning mountains from its top. You will be able to see Andean deers that approach near the camp in order to feed themselves.
LLULLUCHAPAMPA – PHUYOPATAMARCA
On this day get through the challenging way to Warmi Wañusca (quechua Word that means “dead woman” 4.212m). This is the highest point in the whole tour before entering the Pacaymayo Valley. Explore Runkuracay Sayamarca Inca constructions and discover the Phuyupatamarca amazing camp, or “The Place Over the clouds” (3650m).
MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
On this day you will discover Machupicchu. At sunset, you will have breathtaking views from Salkantay snowcapped mountain, (6200m) and Veronica (5800m). In case the clouds are low, these will fill valleys where Wiñay Wayna, a vast union of Inca terraces, is located. Explore Inti Punku, the Sun’s gate, from which you will have Machupiccchu before your eyes. You will be able to enter in a very unique and privileged time. By the afternoon you take the bus, then after 20 minutes you will be getting to Machupicchu village where you will take the train returning to Cusco.

We will go to the train station to go back to Cusco.

There is no official size for trekking bags, but we recommend the smaller ones. Inside Machupicchu, the entrance of bags up to 25 kg is forbidden. If it’s bigger, you should put it in the warehouse by entering the sanctuary.
The confirmation will be sent via email. You can print it and show it to your guide before the tour starts. You will have as well, your travel assessor email, who will assist you on every question or doubt you could have.
